This project tells the story of a mountain home brought back to life through a complete interior renovation, where the original layout and structural walls were preserved while the atmosphere was entirely reimagined.
The design embraces the timeless spirit of alpine living, blending contemporary comfort with the rustic soul of the mountains. Antique elements and traditional mountain tools, once part of everyday life, were carefully integrated into the new interiors, becoming silent storytellers of the place. These authentic details coexist with modern furnishings and lighting, creating a warm and balanced dialogue between memory and modernity.
The color palette draws directly from nature: deep greens, soft neutrals, and earthy tones echo forests, woodlands, and stone landscapes. Natural materials—especially wood—define the spaces, adding texture, warmth, and a sense of intimacy that transforms the apartment into a true mountain retreat.
Without altering its architectural footprint, the renovation reshaped the perception and experience of the space. The result is a welcoming, harmonious, and timeless home, where tradition and contemporary design come together to celebrate the essence of mountain living.
